RMA is an important aspect of our business and we have been continuously striving to improve the service levels to provide an excellent  support service to our partners.

Requesting an RMA Number


To place an RMA request, please proceed to Westcon ME RMA portal.

If you do not have your login credentials, please mail at babula.behera@westcon.com and our Westcon ME RMA Representative would help you with all necessary information.


Required Information: 

 

In order to generate an RMA request following information should be kept handy to complete or verify the information required in the form

  • Contact information
  • Invoice number and invoice date
  • Item part number.
  • Serial numbers
  • Reason for return.

 

Our RMA Representative would then contact the respective partners on the next proceedings. The RMA Portal also provides the status information on all the open RMA requests generated by the partners.
